Japanese-style bunless hamburg steak and Wagyu bone broth ramen, in Avenidas Novas.
Wagyu Way was born from our chef's love of Japanese culture and of one ingredient that won him over from the first bite: wagyu, with its unmistakable aroma and flavour. In Saldanha we work with European wagyu in simple, carefully made dishes — burgers, ramen and gyoza hand-folded in-house — so every visit tastes like something special. We want to be Lisbon's home for wagyu, and to share that flavour with everyone. Welcome.
